GUESS WHO’S BACK?! BACK AGAIN?! BRADY’S BACK, TELL A FRIEND! Oh wait, you don't have to because it's his 10th time going to the superbowl. You read that correctly, his 10th time. Whether you hate or love him or even you hate to love him, no one can deny how amazing this is.
We all get to witness history in the making every time he steps on the field, completes a pass, throws a touchdown, and wins a game. If he wins the upcoming superbowl, he will have won seven out of his ten superbowl appearances. That sounds just crazy to even write but hold on, he doesn't just get to have a cake walk right into victory lane. Brady is met by the young superstar Patrick Mahomes, who after last year's superbowl victory, is definitely going to try to win back to back super bowls and show Brady he is here to take over and no one will stand in his way. With these two superstars going head to head on the biggest stage it is not a leap to say that this is the best quarterback matchup of all time. Mahomes is moving at such a historic pace that it wouldn't be surprising that he reaches 10 super bowls or even more with how talented this guy is. I can even see him breaking Brady's regular season records and post season records of combined passing yard, regular season touchdown passes, career touchdown passes, andpostseason yards. He still has a long way to go before breaking these records but I have nodoubt in my mind that if he stays healthy, he will be able to reach these records that Tom Brady has ridiculously set. Both of these teams have great offensenses with two great quarterbacks leading the way but with all the hype around the offense, it's the defense who is going to decide who will win the game. We all know that both of these teams can put up large numbers when on offense but everyone knows the saying, “Defense wins championships” This game will come down to which defense can make the most stops and the least number of errors during the game and when it comes down the 4th quarter, which team can put the clamps on either of these quarterback’s when they have the ball. Both of these defense’s will definitely have their hands full trying to contain these super stars QB’s but no matter who wins, this game will be legendary, that is without a question. Tom Brady is the legend whose career is coming to a close and Patrick Mahomes is the legend of the future who will run this league for years to come as Brady did before him. Everyone who watches this game is witnessing history and should try to appreciate greatness from both QB’s no matter who wins because we have never seen a QB matchup like this before. Be ready for a great game because I know that is what we are going to get! Tell me your opinion and leave me comments on who wins and why? Who do you think wins the MVP? 10 Things To Keep In Mind When Choosing A Lawyer![]() Whether it's setting up a business, real estate transactions or any other legal issue, there is a need for an expert and experienced attorney. Choosing the right one can be time-consuming but it is extremely vital. You are going to trust that person by providing your personal as well as professional information. There are numerous lawyers and selecting the proper one is often discouraging. Much like choosing a doctor, you should choose your lawyer according to your need. While choosing a person for your legal issues, you must go the extra mile. Before committing to anyone you should check out these points so that you won't regret it later. 1.Area of expertise You have to make sure that the lawyer you are going to hire is an expert in that area of law which you want. There are many areas of practice in the law field, and lawyers are working on the specific area. The specialized lawyer has more knowledge and working experience and he is more likely to handle your issue potentially. Some cover property, family, real estate, business, criminal and civil rights law. 2. Ask for referrals You have to ask for referrals from the people to whom they had worked before. Ask your friends or family who have worked with any lawyer, personal connections are so valuable. Check out the online resources which can provide information about the lawyer. After collecting the names of lawyers, make a list then look out for all these points. If a lawyer covers all the points then go ahead. Choosing an attorney is very crucial so give it some time and look wisely. 3.Regional lawyer Laws vary from state to state and the regional lawyer has more knowledge about that area where you live. A lawyer should be known of the legal requirements of that area so that you develop a face to face relation. Someone familiar with your region has a better knowledge of local procedures and laws. Local area lawyers will understand your condition more perfectly and will provide you the right solution by working hard on it. 4. Choose the right law firm Choosing the right law firm can affect your decision as well. There are small, large and medium size firms. If you have any small issue then you should go for small firms as they are less expensive and more personal. While, if you have any big issue then big firms can tackle it better but they are expensive yet have more resources and well established. 5. Communication A lawyer should be a good communicator who talks to you nicely and provides the solutions for your problems. A lawyer should also be good to communicate with the adversaries. Always mention your preferred form of communication and fix the time. A good attorney always guides you with advantages and disadvantages of any legal action. Also, the lawyer should take time to advise complicated problems and provide many ways before taking any action. 6. The legal team Yes, the team of the attorney is also a vital part in which you have to be careful. Many lawyers work alone and on other hand some have their team. You have to make sure who is handling your files as it will impact on the cost and service quality. Always ask who is working on your case and communicate to let them know about your case. 7. Potential costs It is important to know how much your lawyer will charge you for the services as it can be expensive. Big law firms are expensive as they have more potential but small firms charge less amount. So, clarify the cost that you are going to pay. Also, discuss that when you have to pay means the duration of billing. The cost is the king of your decision. It depends on how much you want to pay and how much the lawyer wants to charge so always discuss the billing process. If you are paying for the right lawyer then you will worth it. 8. Right experience You want to make sure that the attorney has the right experience in your area of problem. You have to never compromise on the issue when selecting the attorney. Lawyers improve their work by working with more cases. So, it will be better to hire an experienced and specialist lawyer rather than a non experienced yet. Remember, a lawyer with experience will charge more but if you are choosing the right one then there is no harm. 9. Compatible enough While considering all the above points, you should also pay attention to the character of the person. A trustworthy and mutual understandable lawyer will make you feel comfortable. A lawyer who is thoughtful and works hard for you is the best. A lawyer who has a good history with his clients then it's great to deal. Someone who is arrogant and annoying will irritate you and thereby you will not win the case. 10. Clarify responsibilities In a large law firm you can't directly connect with the lawyer because many paralegals are working there. In a small law firm you can directly contact the lawyer and that is a bonus point. Or, if you want to hire a large firm then ask the contact attorney which individual attorney is responsible for your case and communicate with them. You should also ask about which attorneys will work on your case till the end. Bottom line Pay more attention while choosing a lawyer and there are many factors which can affect it. Experienced and well communicated lawyer is a way to go. While, expertise area, checking references and choosing a regional lawyer and right firm should be considered. Having good mutual relations and asking for fees will make a win-win situation for both. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

Jake Paul To Face Ben Askren1/28/2021 Jake Paul To Face Ben Askren
I can't believe I am actually writing about Jake Paul being a boxer but here I am. After knocking out basketball all-star Nate Robison in his last fight, he is set to fight Ben Askren on April 17th. If you think you remember Ben from somewhere, you probably do, after him getting knocked out in the UFC by legend Jorge Masvidal went viral. Jorge knocked out Ben less than 5 seconds into the first round with a flying knee straight to the head. Ben’s next fight was against Demian Maia, who won the fight in the third round by a rear naked choke. Then Ben retired completely from the UFC. It has just been over a year since Ben has fought and he is changing to boxing to fight a former YouTuber.
As we saw with the Nate Robison fight, it is not as easy as it looks to switch sports no matter how good of shape you are in and clearly doesn't matter if you are a professional athlete or not. Once you step into that ring, who you are, what you have done up until that point, or who supports you clearly does not matter. You can get knocked out cold and you will have to live with that forever. The fight between Ben and Jake should be compelling because it's not a boxer vs a boxer, it's an ex YouTuber and an ex UFC fighter going head to head. Watching Jake's last fight, we can tell that he is taking his fighting seriously but Ben isn't a lazy chump with no fight experience at all. Ben has won 19 fights as a UFC fighter, 6 by TKO, 6 by submission, and 7 by decision and only has 2 losses. This guy knows how to fight and knows how to win. Ben is also getting paid more money for this fight then he's ever been paid in the UFC. Even though Ben isn't a professional boxer when looking at the money aspect of things, it's clearly one of the motivations behind taking the to fight Jake Paul. Given that Ben was a professional UFC fighter and won the first 17 of his 19 matches when fighting, I will have to pick Ben over Jake in this matchup. Even though Jake has only but a few fights under his belt don't count Jake out so easily because he has some power behind his punches as we all saw him knockout Nate Robinson. But when it comes to fighting, once you step in the ring, nothing else matters, you can still get knocked out by your opponent no matter how much experience they have. Who do you have for this boxing match and why? Let me know in the comments! The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

![]() British Multinational aerospace and defense company, Rolls Royce has admitted to bracing itself to spend £2bn this year. This is due to the decrease in the number of flights as a result of the pandemic that has caused a reduction in the flight of engine-powered planes. Overall, the reduction in flight has affected the revenue of the company. To worsen the situation, new strains of the coronavirus makes it hard for a clear forecast to be made by experts. The company that produces engines for Boeing and Airbus aircraft has predicted a reduction in the flying hours this year to 55% of what was experienced in 2019. This news affected the value of the company’s shares by 9% as seen in early London trading. In a bid to salvage its finances, Rolls-Royce has decided to sell assets ranging up to billions of pounds. The company will also be closing down some of its factories and cutting out 9000 jobs to save a cost of £1bn. A statement released by the company reads, “Trading in December was broadly in line with expectations across all business units and we delivered good progress on our restructuring programme. Full-year 2020 Group free cash outflow was in line with previous guidance, and in-year cash cost savings of more than £1 billion were achieved from our mitigating actions. Year-end liquidity was approximately £9 billion, at the upper end of the previously guided range. Continued progress on vaccination programmes is encouraging for the medium-term recovery of air traffic and economic activity. In the near-term, however, more contagious variants of the virus are creating additional uncertainty. Enhanced restrictions are delaying the recovery of long-haul travel over the coming months compared to our prior expectations, placing further financial pressure on our customers and the wider aviation industry, all of which are impacting our own cash flows in 2021.” The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

Paula Badosa blasts Grand Slam Coronavirus precautions![]() Spanish Tennis player, Paula Badosa, who happened to be the first player to test positive for the coronavirus upon arrival in Australia in preparation for the tournament has been instructed to remain indoors until January 31st. If Paula tests positive for the new strain of the coronavirus, she would have to quarantine until the 5th of February. The player did not take this news well as she believes she won’t have enough time to get fit before the games that will begin on the 8th of February. Speaking to the Spanish Newspaper, Marca, Paula said, "I feel abandoned because I don't have training equipment which I requested five days ago, I haven't been told which type of the virus I have, I've had no information from the tournament," "It's far and away the worst experience of my career. "The conditions here are lamentable, I wasn't expecting that. The number one thing people recommend when you have the virus is to open the windows to let in air, but I don't have windows in my hotel room and it's barely 15 metres square." "I have lost a lot of my fitness levels, especially my strength. If I can come out on January 31 I'll have a week to get in shape. If it's February 5 it'll be impossible to recover in time (for the tournament)," The player who currently ranks in the 67th position admitted to dealing with anxiety and claustrophobia. She uses water bottles as weights in a bid to keep fit. Currently, she shares a room with her coach Javier Marti, a room that she describes as not being suitable for someone of her status. The player however cleared the air with the tweet, “ Please, don’t get me wrong. Health will always come first & I feel grateful for being in Australia. Quarantine & preventive measures are pivotal right now. I talked about rules that changed overnight but I understand the sad situation we are living in. Sorry guys. Stay safe.” The Covid-19 Quarantine spokesperson explained that all efforts were being made to curb the spread of the virus for the wellbeing of everyone in their care. "We are supporting the delivery of exercise equipment wherever possible and safe to do so from both a health and IPC (infection prevention and control) perspective,” he said The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

China Tops In Foreign Investment![]() The United States has been overtaken by China as the World’s leading destination for the latest foreign direct investment. This figure was released by the United Nations on Sunday. The United States’ new investment record was had a fair hit and fell by half in 2020 and this affected the country’s position on the chart. While this was ongoing, direct investment in China increased by 4% and this gave her the lead position. In 2020, China had an inflow of $163 billion as compared to the US $134 billion as recorded by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). This is a huge contrast to 2019 in which China received a relatively low foreign direct investment of $140 billion compared to the US $251 billion. The US market still ranks highest in total foreign investments and this is a reflection of many years of being the most appealing destination for foreign businesses searching for global recognition. Experts opine that the new record is a reflection of the Chinese market’s bid to become the most attractive location for foreign investment, a position which has long been occupied by the United States. According to the UK-based Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR), the trade war between the United States and China is predicted to put China at the top position by 2028. In 2016, the US foreign investment spiked up to $472 billion and as of then, China was at $143 billion. The Trump administration however suggested the relocation of American companies from China and since then, the Chinese market has been on the rise. In addition to that, the administration notified Chinese investors and companies of cumbersome surveillance that they would face in the US. The outbreak of the coronavirus crippled the economy of the US while that of China boomed and this set the Chinese Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at a 2.3% increase last year. ![]() Retired Australian tennis player, Margaret Court is set to be appointed as a companion of the Order of Australia. News surrounding this was leaked on social media before Monday when the announcement was to be made. The award will recognise the 78-year-old for her renowned act as a 24-time Grand Slam champion and an inspiration to the younger generation. The achievement of Court has however been overlooked due to her views on homosexuality, same-sex marriage and the LBTQIA community. Dr. Clara Tuck Meng, a receiver of the award in 2016 voiced her opinion in a post on The Sydney Morning Herald saying, “Upon seeing this news, I contacted the office of the Governor-General to give notice that I would be returning my medal as a protest against the Court's award. The Council for the Order of Australia will be aware of the controversies about the many derogatory and very hurtful remarks that Court has made about the LGBTIQ+ community and its supporters over many years. By giving this promotion to her now, the council is sending a strong signal that discrimination and prejudice are not only tolerated but honoured in our Australian community. As someone who has lived as a gay man and now as a transgender woman, I am aware of just how deeply hurtful Court’s outbursts can be to my community. I know from looking at what has happened in the United States in the past four years that divisive and hurtful comments and actions towards one segment of a community are very damaging for the community as a whole.” Daniel Andrews, Victory state Premier also added his opinion. He said, “I don't believe that she has of the views that accord with the vast majority of people across our nation that see people, particularly from the LGBTQ community, as equal and deserving of dignity, respect and safety," The Prime Minister Scott Morrison explained that the collection of the Australia Day list was not dependent on the government. “This is a completely independent set of processes. It is an announcement that will be announced on that day. It is a system that recognizes a full spectrum of individuals across the country” The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

AND ITSSSSS TIMMMMEEEEEEE! Conor McGregor is BACK. The last time he stepped in the octagon he showed out just like we all wanted and expected him to. But let's talk about what's at stake then just a win or lose for both of these fighters. What's at stake for the UFC?
My insider source told me, "I would say there's more on the line for the UFC then Conor or Dustin. A win by Conor sets up quite possibly the largest fight in combat sports history. A win by Porier has no big effect for the UFC." Yes, he will fight for the title but a Porier vs Khabib title fight won't sell as much and it's not a promoters dream for that fight to happen because it doesn't really grab the audience's attention. The first fight between Porier and Khabib was an okay fight but it wasn't good enough to bring in tons of money for the UFC. If there happens to be a second fight between the two, it would most likely be the same. My source also said that there is 100's of millions of dollars in play for the UFC based on the winner of tonight's fight. If Conor wins and gets Khabib to come out of retirement, everyone, not just fight fans, will go crazy to see that rematch. When I went back and watched the latest episode of Dana White show, he tells Khabib that UFC 257 is trending for more buys than him. He then goes on to say, "could you imagine what you vs Conor 2 would do now?" It's as simple as reading that quote to know that is what the UFC needs and most likely wants to happen. The UFC, like everyone else in the country, dealt with severe loss in money when the pandemic hit. The potential fight of Khabib vs Conor will certainly claw them out of that hole quickly. Now let's say that Khabib, for some reason, does not come out of retirement if Conor wins. It sets up a lot of very good and interesting fights for Conor. The first fight that comes to mind is a rematch with Max Holloway. Max looked all world last fight against Katar. Another one would be Nate vs Conor 3. I mean who wouldn't want to watch those two go head to head in another crazy brawl. There is a lot on the line for the UFC tonight. There is a lot more intrigue and interest in a Conor win tonight for future fight fans and promoters then there is for a Porier win tonight. But either way this fight should be a fantastic coming from two all world fighters going head to head again! Let me know, who do you have winning tonight's fight? Why? And what fights do you want to see in the future based on the winner tonight?! The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

Tennis: Laura Robson uncertain about returning to the courts following a third hip surgery1/23/2021 ![]() British tennis player, Laura Robson has expressed her uncertainties about her future in tennis after undergoing a third hip surgery which she confirmed on social media recently. The former Wimbledon junior champion had posted a photo of herself on Instagram wearing crutches on her 27th birthday. Laura’s first hip surgery was in July 2018 and she returned to the courts in the spring of 2019. The pains however persisted and this led to a second surgery in December. She returned back to training about a year later and posted a video clip of herself at the National Tennis Centre, London, but compelled by the persisting ache, she had to undergo a third surgery. "Sadly I had to undergo a 3rd operation on my hip last week. I was desperate to carry on with training but was in so much pain that surgery was unavoidable," "Following the advice of the surgeon and other doctors, a decision has been made to prioritize the long term health of my hip. "Where that leaves me with tennis I'm really not sure, it will depend on how things heal in the next few months. More than anything my goal is to have a happy, pain-free life. "This whole process has been incredibly mentally draining and I'm so grateful to the physios/family/friends that have been there to guide me through it (socially distanced of course)." Laura has been described as the ‘Queen of Wimbledon’ after her victory at her first junior Grand Slam at the Wimbledon girls' event. Her professional career started in 2008, in the Olympics game of 2012, she bagged the silver medal in the mixed double which she partnered with Andy Murray. Will the tennis court see Laura in action again, time, of course, will clear these uncertainty. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.
